Fish-Skull Crawbody

The Fish Skull CrawBody is a realistic, anatomically correct crayfish (“crawdad”) exoskeleton made of the same light-weight, synthetic suede material as Fish Skull Frantic Tails. Available in olive or brown, the synthetic suede fabric accepts permanent marker pen very well which allows fly tiers to make subtle color changes or markings as desired. the small size is 1″ (2.5cm) long, but is very detailed due to laser cutting in production. The small size is designed for #8 or #6 streamer (4XL) hooks and the medium size matches with #4 or #2 streamer (4XL) streamer hooks tied upside down. Flies can be weighted with lead wire, dumbbell eyes or, for the medium Crawbody, a small size Sculpin Head. 8 pieces per package.
