The PEAK Riser will work with a PEAK Pedestal Base or C-Clamp and will accept other vises having a 3/8 inch diameter riser shaft. The Riser provides a 1-3/4 inch additional height rise for the vise head. If you use a pedestal base, leaving the riser attached to your vise and disassembling it from the base will leave you with a flat base for easier transportation.
